What does a Prototype / Artist Proof Job entail?​

Accepting a prototype job requires effective communication between sculptor and artist. I provide contracts for this work. I am looking for clean, neatly executed paint jobs. I value technique and knowledge of paint theory and application. Air dry as well as GHSPs are expected for vinyl work. Photography is vital for a successful job completion and the prototype artist is asked to share over 35 high quality images used for marketing the kit. By accepting a prototype job, you do hereby give permission to DMH Sculptures, its agents, and others working under its authority, full and free use of the photographs containing your reborning work with the specific doll kit. You understand these images may be used for promotional, news, research, exhibition, reproduction, and/ or educational purposes.  You also hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless DMH Sculptures and its agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that you may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs.  You do further certify that you are of legal age, or posses full legal capacity to execute the foregoing authorization and release. Following a successful prototype job, DMH Sculptures recommends, shares, and publicizes your work with potential customers.

 

SILICONE Prototype / Artist Proof assignments entails the following:

• The artist receives one silicone doll kit in exchange for the work listed below

• The artist pays for shipping cost of one silicone doll kit 

• One month completion time after receiving the blank kit

• The artist is expected to advertise the kit in multiple silicone and reborn Facebook groups, on Instagram, and on the artist's website.

• 35+ studio-quality images sent via email 

 

VINYL Prototype assignments entail the following:

• The artist receives one vinyl doll kit in exchange for the work listed below

• The artist pays for shipping  cost of one kit

• One month completion time after receiving the blank kit
